Refund Policies
Refund & Exchange Eligibility
Stockholm17 accepts returns and exchanges only if the decks are sealed and unopened.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since the tracked arrival of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Damaged Items
To qualify for a refund due to damage, the item must show clear damage that compromises its integrity or usability. Imperfections on the packaging or tears on the cellophane are not considered damages.
If your item is damaged, please send pictures to s17@stockholm17.com, including the order number and a picture of the packaging showing the shipping label. Each case will be evaluated individually.

Refund Process (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at s17@stockholm17.com.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, please email us with pictures of the damaged or defective item at s17@stockholm17.com and wait for instructions. If the exchange is approved, you will be instructed to follow one of the two options:
- Return the item
- Destroy the item and provide proof of destruction via email.
Shipping
If eligible for a return or refund due to a damaged or incorrect item, a return shipping label will be provided.
For all other returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. If your return is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
